 ésentera les développements en Épitranscriptomique Spatiale menés en c
 ollaboration avec la Plateforme de Protéomique Clinique de Montpellier (P
 PC).\nAlexandre présentera une technologie innovante combinant microdisse
 ction laser et spectrométrie de masse pour analyser les modifications chi
 miques de l’ARN tout en préservant leur localisation au sein des tissus
 . Cette approche vise à cartographier l’épitranscriptome à haute rés
 olution spatiale\, à révéler l’hétérogénéité épitranscriptomiqu
 e au sein d’une même tumeur et à mettre en évidence des évolutions m
 oléculaires pouvant être indépendantes des altérations génétiques. E
 lle ouvre ainsi de nouvelles perspectives pour affiner la stratification d
 es patients\, identifier de potentielles cibles thérapeutiques et dévelo
 pper des approches multi-omiques intégrant épitranscriptome et expressio
